PingMyCar is an anonymous vehicle contact platform that gives every car a unique Vehicle ID sticker. Anyone can contact a vehicle owner instantly by texting the Vehicle ID to our Australian number or visiting the vehicle's unique web page — without sharing personal phone numbers on either side. The platform routes all communications anonymously through our system.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as you have an active account with us. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. These include bcrypt password hashing, JWT authentication, HTTPS encryption, and secure third-party payment processing through Stripe. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
